The Resalico Business School Model© in action. A pioneering partnership launching in September 2026, integrating real-world business acumen into one of the UK's leading independent schools as a core co-curricular programme.
Mount Kelly Business School - Programme Overview
Mount Kelly Business School is the first full implementation of the Resalico Business School Model© - a structural framework that sits alongside the A Level curriculum and delivers a 124-hour per year programme in business, entrepreneurship, technology and leadership.
This is not co-curricular. It is core co-curricular. It is timetabled, structured and assessed. And it is deliberately designed backward from the specific skills the industry wants, ensuring pupils master the critical capabilities employers are demanding right now. This is unique in the Sixth Form sector.
The world is changing faster than ever. The skills that got people hired five years ago are not the skills that will get you hired in 2030.
The model operates on two axes - Education and Business - unified by a core of Purpose, Vision and Values.
The anchor around which everything else is organised
Each pathway is timetabled, structured, and assessed. Not an add-on, it's the core of the model.
The aim? CHOICE: Pupils NOW have the option to pursue the path of higher education with advantage or launch confidently into their career.
From business fundamentals to branding, marketing, and developing a personal brand - the single most important asset a young adult can carry into the modern economy. Practical, applied, and genuinely transferable.
Agile thinkers who aren't just users of technology, but shapers of it. AI literacy sits at the centre. Applied creatively, ethically, and with real confidence. The skills every employer now demands.
Venture incubator and social accelerator. Students don't simply study social enterprise - they practise it. Working on real initiatives with real communities and real impact.
The inner foundations of a capable, ethical leader. Physical, mental, and emotional - ensuring students arrive in the world not just qualified, but genuinely ready.
This interactive case study is an example of the kind of session pupils experience inside the programme - real business tension, real decisions, real thinking. Zara vs Shein: two models, two philosophies, one question about where the world is heading.
This is what it looks like when business education stops being theoretical and starts being genuinely engaging.
